Lovely location,with sea view, spacious cottage. Regular buses nearby into Brixham if unable to conquer hills, didnt use the car all week, ferry to Torquay and a bus hopper to other places,very reasonably priced.
Smell of damp on arrival,tho once windows were opened it soon went ,quite dusty in places,lack of essentials ie bin bags/toilet rolls,Garden could do with tending to. Unless you're very fit there are steep hills getting to and from cottage if walking into Brixham.

Good size and plenty of room, nice location and plenty of good walking.
Upstairs were fine but kitchen was dirtier than we would have liked, particularly the microwave. Overall the property was a little bit tired. Plenty of trip hazards.
