El departamento es muy amplio y muy cómodo, súper equipado y las instalaciones del condominio son muy buenas
Que la playa tiene muchas rocas y hay que caminar algún tramo para llegar alguna parte con arena, pero si no planeas salir mucho a la playa o no te molestan las rocas está perfecto!

El departamento tal cual las fotos, muy bonito muy moderno…
La playa que tiene no está padre, el departamento no cuenta con estacionamiento, es dejarlo en la calle y el policía te cobra por estar estacionado enfrente. Lo único que hace falta en el departamento es una plancha para ropa.

The unit itself is well organized and stocked. Wonderful views, great pools and overall a nice place to stay.
As pointed out by other guests, management needs to improve communication with guests - several of my questions were not answered. More guidance in the form of a manual for the unit itself is needed - is the tap water safe? The fridge water filter states it needs replacing. Is purified water not provided? We had to pay for another bottle to be brought up. Where does the garbage go? A simple set of guidelines left in the unit would prevent having to send messages for clarification that go unanswered.

No hay desayuno, y la ubicación es alejada del centro, es complicado llegar viniendo de Puerto Vallarta, es fácil llegar viniendo de Guayabitos. Las calles de ingreso algo feas y actualmente hay repavimentación.
La atención del anfitrión, muy desinteresada, sin mayor interés en brindar información u apoyo. Que no tiene estacionamiento propio, se queda el auto afuera, hasta eso esta tranquila la zona.
