Main Bathroom was excellent, nicely appointed, Bedroom rustic & beached themed was good. Appreciated Pet Friendly property close to dog walking beaches/trails at Vincentia & Sanctuary Point.
Had to reset the Living Room Air Conditioner whilst heating twice & appeared to be dusty/dirty on inner vents. Maybe needs replacement if you have to wait an hour before restarting :(. Not having the underside of the house fenced/bordered off enables pets (dogs) to venture under the house given it is pet friendly. Rear Deck appeared Rustic in theme with house generally but exhibited rotting, weathered boards & general condition which did not give us a sense of structural integrity.
