Great size. Apple for two families. Awesome location - within steps to the beach and is pet friendly. House is well equipped with games and books.

It was very cold. Fireplace didn’t really heat up the house and there was no other heating. Internet drops out in the area and there’s little to no reception

Comfortable and location.

I would be concerned about a person with poor mobility climbing stairs to access kitchen. It didn’t affect us, however, other guests should know of internal staircase.
