The location is excellent near the beach, if you are outside you can sometimes hear the ocean. It is a very nice and quiet area. House has everything you could need like linen, towels, kitchen stuff etc.

The house is older, it’s ok and was clean and tidy when we arrived. The beds are extremely hard which were uncomfortable. The water pressure in the shower is terrible and the shower head sits at an odd angle, the cold water tap can only be turned on slightly before the water is completely cold. Everything is well stocked but the house smelt a bit weird like stale cigarette smoke. There was a few plug in air freshers that were strong, we turned them off and that’s when the smell was prominent. There’s no storage or draws in two of the rooms, the rooms are small so it’s hard having no storage and essentially living out of a suitcase, there’s a handful of hangers in the wardrobe. There is one very old three draw lowboy in the wardrobe of the main room. The sunroom gets very hot during the day. There’s no tv in the main bedroom and a skylight so as soon as the suns up the rooms bright. The property is pet friendly, the fences are low and side gates are low. We weren’t told the lawn guy was coming and he knocked on the door a couple times. We weren’t expecting anyone however it was because we had locked both side gates, the dog may have escaped if we weren’t there and the gate was opened. For the price, you are paying for the location more so than the property, the property could do with some tweaking to make it better. We left a day early because we needed a decent sleep.
