La casa es bonita y bien decorada. La localización es buena y la propiedad da información útil. El patio y el porche son muy agradables. Toallas de calidad y menaje más que suficiente.
No hay persianas en las habitaciones y entra luz al amanecer. Por el precio que pagas no hay ni sal, ni un gel, ni un rollo de papel de cocina, ni bolsas de basura... Esos detalles marcan la diferencia para el 9 /10 en mi opinión. En booking ponía que la piscina estaría abierta pero estaba sucia (sí, mis hijos se bañan en Semana Santa). La limpieza era adecuada, excepto algún armario de la cocina por dentro. Otra cosa que no me ha gustado es que los nórdicos no tenían fundas.

El alojamiento muy cómodo y muy limpio, con el aire acondicionado que teníamos fue suficiente,pero a principio de agosto con ola de calor a lo mejor era poco,decoración con gusto y muy práctico.
La piscina de la urbanización está un poco para reformar el gresite roto y el borde bastante sucio, para ser una urbanización tan selecta de vecinos está deteriorada y pasillos sucios

Location is perfect. Quiet but close enough to Calpe & Altea for shops, restaurants and beaches. Altea hills is a lovely area.
The property urbanisation is very secure. Very pretty with lots of plants, flowers and trees. The property has a lovely garden and seating area which we enjoyed. Great size pool, but could do with a good clean and a little attention as many missing tles and grout. There is also a play park and outside fitness area for residents to use so great facilities for outdoor living.
No bins in the bathrooms. No aircon in bedrooms, not even a ceiling fan or stand alone fan, which is definitely required for a comfortable sleep during summer months. Beds need new mattresses, I expected better quality, they are not very supportive or comfortable. All 4 of us were sore every morning. Pillows are terrible and also need replacing. This kinda spoiled it as the apartment is very nice and decorated well.
