Traveled in October 2026 The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the facilities were very good, the shower/ bathroom was clean, complimentary drinks and snacks were available in the reception and we're stocked regularly. There were great bars and restaurants close by with great access to akihabara electric town a few minutes away walking. Access to kanda station was a few streets away and access to Ginza line was on the door step.
Nothing. If I had to mention something, The windows upstairs didn't open, but this wasn't an issue as the Aircon and humidifier was perfect.

Przyjemny hotel w dogodnej lokalizacji, duży pokój, wygodne łóżka, spora łazienka, miła obsługa, do dyspozycji gości bezpłatna woda i przekąski. To kameralny, miejski hotelik, nie posiada windy, ale personel pomógł nam we wniesieniu bagaży na piętro:)

Absolutely brilliant. Great location. Comfortable beds. Nice to have snacks and water available when needed for no extra cost. (Plus beers and lemon sour!)
Nothing at all. I saw comments on the stairs but it’s no issue at all. Good exercise to burn off some calories from the amazing food!
