Localização excelente, o Flat é bem completo, decoração muito aconchegante. Porém deixaram a desejar no conforto.
Conforto, um flat categorizado como super luxo, esperava pelo menos uma cama melhor. A cama é pequena, e não é confortável, achamos dura. Toda parte de roupa de cama estava com cheiro de mofo, o que foi desagradável, tanto que compramos toalhas e lençol de cama para usar. Pecaram apenas nesses pontos. Todo o resto excelente, mas acredito que conforto vem acima de design.

Apartamento bem moderno e confortável, consegui fazer a maioria dos meus compromissos a pé devido a boa localização
Tive um problema com a luz do apartamento e tive que mudar de apartamento 2 vezes(sair e voltar novamente) e o bebedouro do apartamento não estava funcionando
