Maison dans un quartier résidentiel , au calme. Propre et en assez bon état (un peu de bricolage nécessaire).
Le jardin donne sur un immeuble et l'aire de jeu est juste derrière le grillage ce qui fait que les enfants/parents voient tout dans le jardin et la maison. Il n'y a pas de rambarde pour l'escalier ce qui est dangereux pour les personnes agées car les toilettes sont en bas. Il faut compter dans les 30 min en voiture pour rejoindre Cracovie.

le locataire parle français, répond rapidement au demande et est très arrangeant. maison comme décrit dans les informations sans surprise. Maison dans un cartier très calme et très sécurisé, barrière à l'entrée du chemin. Maison bien équipée. Bon emplacement, proche de craco, des mines de sel, etc

Cały dom do dyspozycji, wygodnie, garaż, dobre wyposażenie we wszystkie sprzęty AGD. Uczynny gospodarz.
Brak klimatyzacji, w dzień uciążliwe otoczenie (hałasy z kończącej się w pobliżu budowy osiedla,) hałas z autostrady, zwłaszcza nocą.
