Гарно обладнана студія, є все необхідне для приготування їжі. Посуд, кухонна приладдя, кавоварка. Наявність пральної машинки, праски та сушки для білизни. Мансардне вікно давало багато повітря. Спати було дуже комфортно.

Чистота в кімнаті відносна. Помешкання потребує підтримуючого ремонту. Сходи до квартири дуже брудні. Спілкування з господарем було дивним. Ми проживали 7 ночей і попросили додатковий пакет для сміття та туалетний папір, в цьому нам було відмовлено. Для нас таке ставлення не є ознакою гарного сервісу та турботою про гостей. Важливо одразу попередити, що дане помешкання підійде, якщо ви худі, спортивні та мобільні. Сходи до квартири дуже круті, це важко для людей похилого віку, а також сама квартира дуже маленька з крутими сходами на мезонін. Незручно переміщатися по мезоніну, там лише можна сидіти або лізти на колінах.

Bien situé à 600 m du métro avec également un arrêt de bus juste en face. Logement très calme car situé au fond d'une cour. Très propre également et bien équipé. Rien ne manquait.

L'appellation "mezzanine" n'est pas vraiment adaptée à mon sens car la hauteur est vraiment très voire trop petite. Heureusement je logeais seule (et je ne suis pas grande) et l'ayant lu dans d'autres commentaires, je me suis adaptée .

The location is excellent. The studio is close to the metro, shops and places to eat. The communication with the owner throughout was good. Information was provided quickly when we asked for it and the arrangements for getting into the property were given exactly as we were told they would be.

The access to the property is via a narrow staircase. With luggage this was not easy. Inside the property itself we had big problems with the mezzanine. Getting up to it was not easy with the very narrow and steep staircase. Once there, due to the lowness of the ceiling it was impossible to move around in any way other than on hands and knees or sliding on your bottom. I am 68 and my partner is 57 and fortunately reasonably fit and we found it difficult. We found solutions to these problems, but it would have been much better if we had not needed to. If we had realised the exact nature of the mezzanine it's unlikely we would have booked it. We feel there should be something in the property description warning about the steepness of the stairs, both up to the property, and within it, and about the mezzanine itself. It was also extremely hot in the mezzanine making sleeping difficult. The only answer to this was to bring the fan up from downstairs, which lowered the temperature, but increased the noise considerably, so making it no easier to sleep. The owner contacted us early in our stay to see if everything was alright. We decided that there was no point complaining then about either the stairs or the mezzanine as there was nothing that could be done to change either of those things, but that we would mention them in our review. We decided not to let them spoil our first trip together to Paris, and they didn't. However, it would have been better for us not to have been in that position.
