The location is great, the free on site parking is HUGE for people on a roadtrip, the bus stop is 3? minutes walk down the road and you will get a guest pass QR for free public transport for the duration of your stay which you will definitely use. The balcony area, the views are all great and the bed is very comfortable as is the pillow.
They have an oven that will fit a whole pizza (Useful!), a toaster if you like toast, pots, pans, utensils and a really nice dishwasher if you dont handwash your plates after each meal. Theres ski storage (I still prefer to have mine inside locked behind my door), boot shelves and differentiated containers for your various garbage (plastic, glass, organic etc) all downstairs.
All the skiing you could ever want access to is just a short walk to the bus stop away and takes you maybe 7 minutes to reach when on the bus. In boots its a bit... challenging even though its short because the road down is a bit steep, but its manageable. Care should be exercised when crossing the road as theres not quite a foot path available for about 1/3rd of the way to the bus stop.
I stayed for a week and skiied my absolute heart out. The owners were very nice, if (when) I come back to ski the dolomites again, I would definitely come back here. Felt less like a place you paid for and more like "your appartment" which helps you to relax on the days when you're recovering from skiing and just chilling inside.
The stove is a bit annoying, I would like instructions on a card/paper for it somewhere visible. I personally figured it out, but if I brought family I know alot of them would struggle greatly to operate it.
I would say the appartments radiators are a little warm, but the bedroom and bathroom ones you can adjust and you can always just crack a window open and let the fresh alpine air come into the lounge (which is what I did) so its not really a problem.
General garbage bin should be labelled, every other bin/container is labelled, but that one is not.

Best location for hiking trips in VAL Gardena. 20 min walk to Col Raiser lift, 20 min drive to Sella Pass, 10 min drive to Ortisei. The view is incredible. All the confort from home. Very clean, and well equiped kitchen. We will return in summer, for better weather!
