Clean place, close to downtown and close to everything, restaurants, bars and the beach. Lively area. You won't need to use transportation a lot. The owner of the place is a nice and helpful person. I highly recommend the place. It's a good place.
The floor below is a bit small and the sofa is small for two children between 12 and 15 years old.
