This was our second stay at Our Place Up North. And it won't be our last. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The hosts were wonderful and the apartment was very clean and well appointed. Everything was labeled so there was no doubt about anything. There were many extra touches and the hostess was available for any questions and also made good recommendations for dining nearby. Plus knowing that we were celebrating our anniversary, we were greeted with a Happy Anniversary balloon and heart shaped candles.

Super plekje! Onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Rustig, schoon, perfect gelegen, in alles voorzien. Het was moeilijk om weer te vertrekken. We komen zeker terug!

It was a really cozy and comfortable stay and easily one of the most immaculately clean places. The host really goes out of their way to ensure all your needs, big and small, are taken care of which makes you feel very welcome and the experience special.

We stayed here for a couple of nights before heading out on canoe trip in the park. Our Place Up North is in a great location- easy access to Huntsville and the local shops, cafes, restaurants etc- but far enough out to feel like you have some space and peace. There is a swimming lake just across the road (a few mins walk through Tally Ho) which we enjoyed one sunny morning. The apartment is incredibly well stocked and everything is clearly labelled - the lovely host Debbie has truly thought of everything. There are plenty of things to entertain you on those chillier nights- games and dvds etc, and a lovely private outdoor area with a campfire if you fancy stargazing. There was even a welcome pack with snacks and nibbles to enjoy when we arrived, which was a real treat.
We could have easily stayed much, much longer. Thank you Debbie!
