I requested the invoice 3 times. 1st, after the reservation. The 2nd time before my stay, the 3rd time after my stay. In the end I called the property and they say that they can't provide an invocie because they are not a company and they told me to ask Booking.com. Booking providede the follwoing message after asking the property for the invoice: Even if Booking.com has taken over the payment process for you (payment upon booking), you have to issue an invoice to the guest. Please contact the guest in order to provide you the company details for the invoice. Now I can't justify the payment for my company.
