Beautiful Neo-Classic apartment in Exarchia (1Bed)

It's a beautiful apartment with everything you might need. I especially enjoyed a very comfortable bed, well functioning air conditioning and the fact that I could make my morning coffee with an italian moka and an avocado toast with a toaster (usual coffee machine with capsules is available as well). You are not in the center but the neighborhood is very lively with many bars and restaurants nearby. I like walking,so most of the times I was reaching the center by foot in around 20-25min. If tired,you can easily grab an Uber. The staff were also great communicating important check-in/out details timely and checking if everything is fine with the apartment at the beginning of the stay. If I come back to Athens,I would love to stay here again. It's a great value for money!

I was working for 3 days and internet was lagging once in a while. Luckily,it was not happening too often and didn't last long,so it was not a big issue. There were also neighbors playing instruments for several hours which was a bit annoying as I prefer silence when working. Moreover,it can be noisy due to cars and motorbikes passing by but with ear plugs,I managed to sleep well.

The facility is sufficient. Nice balcony.

The hook for shower head was broken.

Un appartement très chouette au coeur d'Exarchia, grande pièce principale, bonne literie, balcon ensoleillé pour le café ou le retour de marché. Cuisine fonctionnelle dans son jus... Avec le strict nécessaire. À ne prendre que si vous savez où vous êtes : dans le meilleur quartier d'Athènes. Mais si vous êtes plutôt quartier chic et touristique et que vous vous sentez hyperventilés quand vous voyez des façades déglinguées, grafs, drapeaux noirs, disquaires et bouquineries interlopes, bah pas la peine de venir.

Korter on ruumikas. Puhas. Asub esimesel korrusel.

Asukoht on üsna inetus linnaosas... metroojaam on ~30 min jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Teekond läheb mäkke..., seega sinna jõudmine võib olla katsumus inimestele, kes liiguvad pakkidega . Korteris ei ole raadiot ega televiisorit, ka lubatud WIFI ei töötanud.
