My favourite thing was the host. Extremely kind and nice. One of the best things in Nagano.

Very comfortable and clean room. Host greeted us with welcome tea and goodbye with some hot miso soup. The place is very warm and well prepared. He was super kind and attentive to details, proved everything we needed.
He also picked us up and dropped us off at the station with our luggage. If we happened to leave the place when he went to work in the morning (7am) he would take us to the station too, and same when we came back in the evening.
10/10 would definitely stay here again if we come back to Nagano.
