Die Wohnung hat eine günstige Verkehrsanbindung, sie hat einen Tiefgaragenplatz und eine gute Aussicht.
Das Doppelbett ist nicht durchgelegen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen und sauberen Haus.
Bei Problemen half Pedro per WhatsApp sofort.
Wie von anderen bereits berichtet, ist sie teilweise in keinem guten Zustand (Bad/Fenster)
In der Küche sollte die Ausstattung tw.erneuert/ergänzt werden.

L’emplacement, la propreté, l’air climatisée et le stationnement dans le garage.
La proximité du logement fait aussi en sorte que tous les soirs que nous y sommes restés il y avait soit des fêtes, des chants ou des partys qu’on entendait très bien malgré que les fenêtres étaient fermées. Le tout durait jusqu’à très tard le soir. À noter que le chien du voisin jappe toute les nuits sans arrêt à l’extérieur.
