Great location, very clean and good equipped apartment with all that you need even for long staying

A bit far from historical city center, but from other side it gives more chances with parking places if you’re traveling by car

Réservé pour le travail boite à clés, arrivée autonome grand appartement très bien équipé et fonctionnel ; dosettes de café à disposition et tous les produits ménagers calme, pas loin du Tage et du quartier Belem / monastère hypermarché bien fourni à 5' à pied centre des congrès accessible à pied en 20', pratique un jour de grève suivi d'un jour férié !! (de manière générale, les transports en commun à Lisbonne m'ont semblé un peu aléatoires !)

Good natural light with most of the equipment you might need and an easy self checkin, once you workout the access panel for the first door is the electronic panel that appears for the next door building and not the key box with the help of neighbours who must see people get confused with this every day.

We had the top floor duplex and furniture selections and layout is just horrendous. Poorly configured oversized furniture everywhere feels like furniture was not selected for the space and picked up at some thrift shop. The top bedroom prioritises a ghastly sofa bed a small single bed rammed in the corner to reach accomodation numbers. The lighting is dire. Bright white lighting everywhere (high wattage 4000 kelvin, instead of a more comfortable 2800 K dimmable option) alongside having the television fitted near the ceiling instead of the comfortable seated eye-level it should be, reinforces the feeling that perhaps you are in a hospital or prison where the inmates might tamper with the equipment. Having a washing machine is useful, but the line outside is the only hanging option we could find… which left us hanging only half our clothing in case we might lose items to the levels below whilst we were out. No interior clothes horse. Lisbon accomodation prices really are too high for what you get and this was one of the better priced options. Quality to cost ratio just content add up especially being quite removed from the centre of the city. My friend was offered drugs near to the apartment one evening and when he declined, was followed by the group of men some blocks before they left him on a busier road. The apartment was particularly uncomfortable for me as I was struck with a cold and was trying to relax in the living room most of one day and it was just not very pleasant with limited television capabilities and general comfort. The shower head rubber needs a good clean so the rain shower can direct water downwards rather than all directions caused by lime sediments on the rubber holes.
