the view from my room 401. quiet at night. staff is really welcoming. seafood restaurant and cafés near by. close to the boat bus station to go to district by the river. park near by with gym equipment. grocery store at 5 minutes walking Subway is not that far. maybe 8 minutes walk. AC works well.

hygiene could be better... everywhere in the room. if. it seems to be used as love hôtel as I found condoms in the amenities. The bed is too hard. but if it's for ONS, then it makes sense.

I stayed in the Landmark View Room for many days, and the view was truly amazing. You can enjoy the full scenery both from inside the room and outside. The room itself is spacious, clean, and quiet. Although the location is a bit far from the city center, it’s not a problem—just book a Grab car or bike. Right across from the hotel is the Binh An Waterbus Station, where you can take a ride for a Saigon River cruise. I tried it once, and it was such a memorable experience. There are also several eateries and coffee shops nearby. You can sit down, order a cup of coffee or tea, and simply enjoy the beautiful Landmark view—definitely a bonus when staying here. The service is good,one of the counter male receptionist is attentive and his English is good. Highly recommended!

Bathroom is too small and the keychain is huge. They should make smaller keychains
