アメニティの予備が充分ある。ロケーションも良かった。管理会社。
エスプレッソマシーンが壊れていた。建物が古く歩く度に床が軋む。階下に騒音にならないか心配だった。お湯の出方がイマイチ。すぐ緩くなる→冷水。浴槽の栓も古く？お湯貯められない。

Nice building. Very clean and charming apartment with a lot of light.
Not the owners fault, but below is an apartment of which the owner is a serious drug-smoker. And that smoke enters the apartment. On the other side there's a family with kids that do not seem to be able to stop screaming once they start.
