The living room opens onto a 6 m2 terrace with a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower. Thanks to its south-facing exposure, the apartment is very bright. The bedroom, facing north, remains cool even in summer and opens onto a balcony offering a typical view of the Parisian rooftops.
Its central location (7th arrondissement) allows you to walk to the Eiffel Tower (10 minutes), the Invalides (5 minutes), the Seine (2 minutes) or the Trocadero (20 minutes). You will find many metro stations around (lines 8, 13, 9) and bus stops (80, 92, 69, 42).

Locationn wax terrific, only blocks from Eifel Tower. Great restaurants close by! Cozy little apartment! Great views of Eiffel from the balcony!

Fit for purpose apartment with an outstanding view of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony. Being on the seventh floor were grateful for the elevator!
