Home away from home in Southbank

The location is outstanding. It was clean and super tidy. The instructions for our stay were very clear and easy to follow.

The apartment is beautiful but small and cosy. There was not a lot of bench or table space to prepare meals.

Location is superb. The size of the apartment was excellent and the kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was great.

I found the bed a bit too soft but it was ok. We were on 29th floor but view was just neighbouring buildings. It would have been great to an extra set of keys and fob so we could have done things more independently.

We loved how close it was to everything. Just a short walk to shops and restaurants

The location is excellent

No luggage storage was available which makes travelling from interstate challenging and messed up two days and ruined our tennis tickets. No support or advice was provided. When informed on our arrival toilet seat was broken, no follow up or response from owner Couldn’t open or close partially open window Air conditioner and fan were too noisy to leave on at night in over 30 degree heat. Two seater couch was so uncomfortable and too short ands my husband and I are both small builds. Pillows are as hard as bricks leaving us stiff and sore each day and hardly any sleep. Very few coffee satchets provided and there were no normal tea satchets. Noisy neighbours with door slamming and loud voices. Wished we had booked through Oaks apartment and not through private residents. We would have had support if that was the case
