Executive Unit with Pool and Gym near Riverfront

We had a pleasant stay overall and appreciated many positive aspects of the property. The location is excellent, especially being near the Yarra River with plenty of restaurants and dining options nearby, which made it very convenient. Parking was also okay, which was helpful. Communication with the team was excellent—very responsive, clear, and consistent. If you follow the check-in and check-out instructions properly, the whole process is smooth and hassle-free, which we did, and everything went very well. The team was also accommodating and able to deliver our requests. The pool and gym were clean and usable, and the room was tidy with clean linen and towels. The kitchen was well-equipped, with complete kitchenware and toiletries provided, making the stay comfortable and convenient.

A few areas could be improved. There is no air conditioning, only two electric fans, which is fine if you’re not too fussy. The room could also benefit from more thorough cleaning, particularly vacuuming and dusting of cabinets. The mattress feels worn and would benefit from replacement for better comfort. It would also be helpful to have an additional key, as only one key is provided. There’s a bug inside the other room maybe from the balcony as it has no screen. Much better if there’s screen to open the balcony and have fresh air inside.

Having to walk to get the key. Not the property itself but the issue with the ID verification was frustrating.

Breakfast wasn't included! Great location between everything we needed for the weekend. Loved the pictures and explanation of directions and finding things, helped out alot.

Internet was very poor, was faster using our own internet to watch netflix. There wasn't any tissues onsite, cigarette ash n butts left on balcony. Couch arm was broken so couldn't lean on to get comfy.

Loved the location and the fact it had a bath and a laundry

Had a really bad smell when you first walked in that we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Shower leaked all over the floor, we had to put towels down. Not really a proper two bedroom as second bedroom is fake walls put around a bed.
