The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The perfect amount of coffee pods was a lovely touch, and the bed was super comfortable!
We were only provided with one toilet roll, although I’m sure we could have asked for more as the host seemed very attentive. We simply purchased some ourselves.

location was good, what breakfast???
a small thing, but a good size mirror would be good in the suite. Only available was in the bathroom & a very tiny 1 near the washer/dryer, neither with enough room to see much other than your face.

Perfect location with shops near by and food. Bus stop to Banff is only a short walk. Shower is amazing, comfy beds. Kind staff available if you need anything no matter the time of day. Everything you could possibly need is provided. Will be staying again when I’m next in Banff.

Nothing
Lift was not working and we were offered assistance with luggage on arrival as staying on 3rd floor, which never happened. There was also an offer of an agreed refund for the inconvenience, which we are still waiting for.
Several lights were not working and were told they would be fixed, again didn’t happen. We were told they would need to order parts for one fixture.
