The condo is comfortable and has a kitchen stocked with many implements - even a lettuce spinner. The hot tub was disappointing. It is in the same small enclosure as the pool, and the noise level from children in the pool was overwhelming. The condo itself was great, although the cleaners only complete a basic clean between guests (the floors were not washed, touch points such as the fridge door were not wiped, dusty lamps, and mildew on the bottom of the shower curtain). Rocky Mountain Rentals has indicated that they will schedule a deep clean of the condo. The bed was comfortable with good quality linens and there were enough towels, including pool towels.

Yes, the hot tub and swimming pool were good.
The suite was fully equipped, but cleanliness was poor. When I wiped the dining table with a tissue, it came away black. On the last day, I tried to use the mixer, and it was extremely dirty, with vegetable scraps stuck to the glass—unbelievable. It’s a nice suite, but it’s uncomfortable to feel like you have to clean everything before using it.
The bed and sofa bed are outdated, and the mattresses are worn out and uncomfortable. The bed felt uneven—higher at the foot and softer at the head.
On the day we arrived, we couldn’t apply the discount coupon for parking, and there was no one available to help until the next day at 10 a.m. It seems staff are only available from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
We had to either pay for expensive daily parking or leave the car outside. The suite is beautiful, but there were too many issues—especially with cleanliness. The bed was very uncomfortable, more like something you’d find in a cheap motel.
