The owner is responsive to my queries. Overall, The apartment is the same as photos. Facilities are still quite new and clean. It's close to a shopping mall, and can take taxi/bike to nearby local restaurants in a few kilometers.
Still highly recommend this place to have a good stay.
The only minor drawback comes from the building where it has to guide the taxi drivers to pick up at the other side of the building, not the front side. The host may not do much with this.

Toà ở dưới hầm gửi xe không cần thẻ cư dân để vào toà (những toà khác đều yêu cầu thẻ) - rất thuận tiện cho khách!
Chỗ nghỉ có tiệm gội đầu, cửa hàng tiện lợi và nhà hàng xung quanh, có thể đi bộ ra trung tâm thương mại lớn nhất trong thành phố, gần tuyến đường lớn nên không thiếu hàng quán ăn khi về đêm. Chủ nhà có cho thêm khăn tắm để thoải mái hơn, netflix và youtube có tài khoản sẵn, tự động checkin checkout. Bếp đầy đủ gia vị cơ bản.
Không có muỗng/ thìa nhỏ ăn cơm, sẽ rất tuyệt nếu có 1-2 chiếc
