Communication with the owner, cheap price, cleanliness, safety, location.
Windows don't isolate the noise from the busy street - literally feels like there are no windows at all.

Sehr hübsche kleine Wohnung, zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Lage im Ort ist perfekt, einkaufen, Strand, Restaurant, Wechselstube und TGM in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Wohnung ist leider durch die zentrale Lage auch laut, die Fenster sind nicht sehr schallabsorbierend. Und leider fahren jeden Abend auch Motorradfahrer mit extra lautem Gehabe an der Promenade entlang. Erstaunlicherweise konnte ich aber trotzdem einigermaßen schlafen. Trotzdem würde ich die Wohnung wieder buchen, denn die Vorteile wiegen die Nachteile auf.

Aymen est disponible et sympathique. Le logement semble idéalement situé, en plein cœur de La Marsa, à proximité des commerces, cafés et restaurants.
Aucune isolation contre les bruits extérieurs : il est malheureusement difficile de dormir confortablement, même tard dans la nuit. Le propriétaire devrait remplacer entièrement la porte du balcon, qui n’est ni isolée ni verrouillable. Par ailleurs, les serviettes dégagent une mauvaise odeur, signe qu’elles ne sont pas correctement lavées.
