Nice location, clean and safe. Close to the light rail, beach, restaurants. Shared rooftop provides nice views. Inexpensive cab ride into Tunis and very quick and easy to get to from airport with cabs. Everything was as described in the listing and the host was very helpful throughout the stay.
Some evening noise from people enjoying in the plaza outside, but not bad and well worth the tradeoff for the great location.
