Tayyurt Surf Camp Tamraght Aourir

The interior was awesome, looked like new or recently renovated. I stayed in the dorm which was huge. The bathrooms exceeded my expectations, as well as generous and spacious common area furnished with sofas and table seating. Much appreciated! The kitchen on the rooftop was small but had absolutely everything a traveler can ask for. Plus, cooking a dinner with an amazing view of the valley and the coast doesn't get much better than this. This brings me to the rooftop terrace: fantastic views, comfortable seating, plenty od space, too. The place is kept clean and tidy. The wifi was patchy at first but the staff fixed it, thank you! I also liked the self-check in system: simple and clear. In terms of amenities, all the necessary ones are within 5 minutes walk: café bars, restaurants, groceries, bus/taxi. Som of the good points I mentioned are somewhat also the weak points, and the reason is the hostel's location. Standing on a plateau over the valley and the coast, the rooftop can get windy. The walk to the shops and restaurants really doesn't take more than 5-10 mins but the return journey is quite a steep way up. No big deal for any fairly healthy person but could be an issue if your legs or lungs don't like steep slopes. Then again, there is a small shop around the corner where you can get some bare essentials without descending to the valley below. The streets of the neighborhood are unpaved and fairly narrow. Parking is possible but spaces are limited. As in many places here, there is some trash laying around. Again, no big deal, just something to expect.

The best view in Aourir and its surroundings! Big, spacious room, very bright - with entire wall from glass with ocean view - just amazing. Big balcony with glass margins. Wide, comfortable bed. Nice, modern furniture, lightning and other facilities. Traditional Moroccan breakfasts served on roof top terrace is great also.

Don't rely on navigator to find a way to the property. But it's not hard either - just drive from the top and seek for a widest street, not from the roundabout at the bottom.

Nice view from villa, very good balcony, close to Agadir. Very close to ocean. Accessible to bazar. Naima’s tea is amazing. Local village vibe.

Taxi can’t find it. No chairs on patio. No place to dry suits after swimming. No glasses in room to drink.

Great Location and the Staff are super friendly. Close to the beach and shops. Rooms were clean and spacious. Bonus is the rooftop terrace looking over the mountains.

Maybe just some hooks in the bathroom to hang my towel. Other than that great!
