Modern, clean and fresh apartment. Everything in good working order. Easy living. Excellent location close to buses and tram, supermarket and walking distance to beach.
Terrace was dusty and needed to be swept. TV was difficult to use and the volume was stuck on a high volume. Many keys and locks so not easy to nip in and out of the apartment. (But also good with security.) Apartment was quite small with minimal living space.

Очень хорошо благоустроеная квартира. Хороший ремонт. Есть техника, все условия отличные. Место расположения отличное. Рядом магазины, транспорт, археологический музей, Замок на горе Санта Барбара. До пляжа 15 мин.
Высокая слышымость. Спать лучше в берушах.
