De badkamer
De bovenburen (houten vloer: plafond). Geluidsoverlast omdat het gehorig was.
De hoogte van de kamer (3e verdieping). Was van tevoren niet bekend. Een koffer naar de verdieping brengen zonder lift in de warmte is niet ideaal.
Het matras was niet heel schoon
