Location and layout of the property
House is not as shown in pictures. A lot of maintenance and cleaning concerns. Microwave, toilet, 2 TV’s and more not working. Mold in bathroom. Blood on countertop in bathroom. Outside patio furniture not as pictured. Table was completed rusted and not usable. Took two days to have some things addressed but nothing fixed and no discount or change of property offered. Told property manager I would share photos and he said go ahead. Stated the house needed maintenance and they didn’t have time to do it because they had back to back reservations. The list goes on.
