Se trata de una barrio de la periferia con suficientes servicios y no tuvimos problemas para aparcar cerca del apartamento; hay una parada de metro muy cerca y, por tanto, buena comunicación con el resto de la ciudad. El precio es más ajustado, quizás por la ubicación, que el de otros apartamentos semejantes en Madrid.
La limpieza es muy deficiente; el menaje de cocina insuficiente, las sartenes están absolutamente inservibles; los sonidos del exterior llegan con mucha intensidad al apartamento.
