it was the second stay in this apartment, so we knew what to expect
perfect location, reception service, good contact with the owner,

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. The property is spotlessly clean, which made for a truly comfortable and relaxing experience. Its location next to Kokhta Ski Resort is perfect for anyone looking to hit the slopes—just a short distance away, making it incredibly convenient. The owner was an absolute delight—exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always available to help with anything I needed. It’s clear they take great pride in their place and in ensuring their guests have a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!
