Apartment Smilja 2305

I had a wonderful stay here. The host was very easy to contact and made sure I was okay throughout my stay. The location is fantastic. Ten min walk from the old town, and a 15 min walk to the closest beach. The neighbourhood was very peaceful, and there were lots of supermarkets nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, very close to the sea. There are shops and cafés nearby. The owner of the apartment is very kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, we couldn’t really talk as she doesn’t speak English, but that didn’t stop us from feeling comfortable. The apartment itself is very clean, in excellent condition and without any damages, also with a spacious and spotless shower cabin. Everything works perfectly. The area is very quiet, so it was easy to get a good night’s sleep. Inside the apartment there was a moka coffee pot and some atmospheric old tableware from the Yugoslav era – it was a nice experience to drink coffee from a cup older than me.

The only downsides: the bathroom is extremely narrow. If you are taller than 165 cm, it’s impossible to sit on the toilet straight – only sideways. Also, the apartment doesn’t get a lot of natural light during the day, but that wasn’t a big issue since we didn’t spend much time indoors.
