Excellent little studio in a quiet neighborhood

Sasha and Petar were great hosts - very friendly and hospitable, thank you! The apartment was clean with all the necessities you could need for a short stay. Comfortable bed, air-conditioning and a quiet neighborhood but with plenty of supermarkets, cafes/restaurants, a shopping mall and a few beaches within a walking distance. And about a 20-minute walk to the Pula center. Plenty of free street parking available around the apartment.

We loved that the property had everything one can need. The toilet, bathroom and living room were fully equiped. Also, it was very clean and comfortable.

Good mini apartment close to Verudela beaches

Fresh, well-equipped mini apartment with everything you need. Excellent location if you like Verudela beaches, Seagull rocks and Kamenjak. Supermarket, Pharmacy, Food is a short walk away. Very cozy neighborhood and very welcoming and caring hosts ready to solve any concern.

The other apartment is located next door sharing the same entrance hall, which could affect privacy or cause some disturbance. Finding a parking spot may be challenging.

Cozy Stay with a Great Terrace, Just 10 Minutes from the Old Town

We had a pleasant stay at this accommodation. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for two people, and it’s clear that a lot of effort has gone into the little details, which really made a difference. The terrace was definitely a highlight — perfect for relaxing after a day of walking. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Old Town, which was very convenient. Finding a parking spot in the street might be tricky, but there’s a small side street nearby where you can usually find space.

The room was very clean and cozy. Landlords were very understanding and nice. They were flexible with our needs like check-in hours. Everything we needed for our stay was available in the room. Location was great and very close to the sea.

At first we were unsure of the location but after we figured out that we were less than a five minute walk to the bus stop which ran a regular service into Pula and less than 20 minute stroll to the beach we decided we couldn’t have picked a better spot

No coat hangers for our clothes. Ok we should have asked the host but thought they’ve a wardrobe so how do we hang out clothes. And no electric point near to where the kitchen was. We could boil the kettle but not really in an appropriate place

Great vacation in Pula

The apartment is in a good location, there are two super markets around and only a walking distance from the center. We found it very clean and well equipped, it has all you need for a short stay. The staff is very nice and helpful so no worries, just enjoy, and if you ask me, BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE.

Amazing summer week in Pula

The apartment was super, comfortable and nice. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The place is surrounded by many parking spots which makes it easy when coming by car. The staff was super friendly in particular Peter was also helpful and available if anything was needed.

Amazing apartment with amazing hosts

Excellent spacious apartment in Pula. Amazing host, who was super friendly and helpful. I liked that the apartment was on a ground floor with a backyard so I could easily let my dog out for a potty break. At first, on our arrival, the apartment was pretty cold (our visit was in January), however AC did a great job and in a half a day the whole apartment was warm enough.

Very recommendable

Very nice hosts who helped us out with some extra needs. The aparment seems super new and is well equiped and although we were there in February, with the (very quiet) AC it was cosy. The location in the Stoja-neighbourhood is walking distance from the city center (20 min) and very close to a small beach (7 min).

Wonderful stay, hosts and location

Everything was fantastic at the appartment. Petar and Sasa were super friendly and helpful, we felt at home straight away and even did some socialising with them and other neighbours one evening. The property was very well equipped and close to amenities, shops and a nice beach. Central Pula is a short walk away. The air conditioning was excellent too, which was important as the weather was very warm during our stay! Overall, we had a great stay and can highly recommend Fine & Shine.

Lovely hosts and a super cosy place

Great hospitality and amazing location! Super clean and very pleasant environment. We were travelling with a young dog for the first time and felt right at home. Easy to reach the centre of Pula but at the same time close to the seaside promenade and various beaches. We definitely recommend Fine&Shine and would stay there again.

ideal for quiet seeking couples

We travelled with children and the host told us, that we didn't book for children (i doublechecked, we had the children booked, it stated so in our booking), and he complained that the children were too loud (we arrived at about 20.00 and the children were talking in normal voice, not silently, but not loud either) half an hour later, so we didn't feel very welcome (the only "louder" noise we made was the waterpipe, because we cleaned the fridge, which smelled very strong) the mattress is very soft

The Apartments are very modern and spacious (the fotos are true), location: everything is easy to reach, besides from the first evening the host was friendly, the rooms were clean and quiet, not at a busy street, heating worked, thoughtfully decorated

Although not in the old town, the place is walking distance from the city center and several beaches. The owner was so kind to borrow his bike so that getting to beaches was a matter of 10 min. A calm neighborhood, supermarket right next to the place. The appartment is spacious, well equipped and exceptionally clean, there are tables to sit outside.

The wifi was not always perfect, but still good enough. There is a washing machine but no detergent.

Comfortable and Cosy Apartment.

The building is located in a very good green area, just 10 minutes walking from the beach and 20 from the city centre. The apartment is totally new and very comfortable. I really felt like at home. The place is also quite, with good internet connection, perfect for remote working. Though the summer season has finished, this is a great place for disconnect and relax.
