Amazing and very comfortable!

We loved that the property had everything one can need. The toilet, bathroom and living room were fully equiped. Also, it was very clean and comfortable.

Casa appena ristrutturata, in uno stabile nuovo e con un bel giardino. Casa pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario. Parcheggio privato non disponibile ma facile da trovare appena fuori casa.

Poche pentole e lavabo del bagno da cambiare, schizza acqua ovunque e la chiusura è talmente molle che si chiude spesso da solo.

Good mini apartment close to Verudela beaches

Fresh, well-equipped mini apartment with everything you need. Excellent location if you like Verudela beaches, Seagull rocks and Kamenjak. Supermarket, Pharmacy, Food is a short walk away. Very cozy neighborhood and very welcoming and caring hosts ready to solve any concern.

The other apartment is located next door sharing the same entrance hall, which could affect privacy or cause some disturbance. Finding a parking spot may be challenging.

Apartamentul a fost exact ca în poze. Este curat si ai toate facilitățile necesare. La bucătărie ai tot ce ai nevoie inclusiv aparat pentru preparat cafeaua. Este si mașina de spălat pentru cei care au în sejur mai lung si au nevoie. Locația de pe google este exacta. Am putut parca mașina fără probleme. Mi-a plăcut foarte mult si spațiul exterior. Comunicarea cu propietarul a decurs fără probleme.

Cozy Stay with a Great Terrace, Just 10 Minutes from the Old Town

We had a pleasant stay at this accommodation. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for two people, and it’s clear that a lot of effort has gone into the little details, which really made a difference. The terrace was definitely a highlight — perfect for relaxing after a day of walking. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Old Town, which was very convenient. Finding a parking spot in the street might be tricky, but there’s a small side street nearby where you can usually find space.

The Wi-Fi connection was unstable at times.

Все було на 100% чудово. Затишна, чиста квартира, все продумано до дрібниць, гарне місце розташування- 500 м. до пляжу, набережної, поруч торговий центр . Дуже привітний господар, радо зустрів раніше визначеного часу та все показав у апартаментах. Дуже дякую за чудовий відпочинок, раджу всім Fine& Shine!!!

The room was very clean and cozy. Landlords were very understanding and nice. They were flexible with our needs like check-in hours. Everything we needed for our stay was available in the room. Location was great and very close to the sea.

At first we were unsure of the location but after we figured out that we were less than a five minute walk to the bus stop which ran a regular service into Pula and less than 20 minute stroll to the beach we decided we couldn’t have picked a better spot

No coat hangers for our clothes. Ok we should have asked the host but thought they’ve a wardrobe so how do we hang out clothes. And no electric point near to where the kitchen was. We could boil the kettle but not really in an appropriate place

Great vacation in Pula

The apartment is in a good location, there are two super markets around and only a walking distance from the center. We found it very clean and well equipped, it has all you need for a short stay. The staff is very nice and helpful so no worries, just enjoy, and if you ask me, BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE.

Amazing summer week in Pula

The apartment was super, comfortable and nice. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The place is surrounded by many parking spots which makes it easy when coming by car. The staff was super friendly in particular Peter was also helpful and available if anything was needed.

Amazing apartment with amazing hosts

Excellent spacious apartment in Pula. Amazing host, who was super friendly and helpful. I liked that the apartment was on a ground floor with a backyard so I could easily let my dog out for a potty break. At first, on our arrival, the apartment was pretty cold (our visit was in January), however AC did a great job and in a half a day the whole apartment was warm enough.

Very recommendable

Very nice hosts who helped us out with some extra needs. The aparment seems super new and is well equiped and although we were there in February, with the (very quiet) AC it was cosy. The location in the Stoja-neighbourhood is walking distance from the city center (20 min) and very close to a small beach (7 min).

Wonderful stay, hosts and location

Everything was fantastic at the appartment. Petar and Sasa were super friendly and helpful, we felt at home straight away and even did some socialising with them and other neighbours one evening. The property was very well equipped and close to amenities, shops and a nice beach. Central Pula is a short walk away. The air conditioning was excellent too, which was important as the weather was very warm during our stay! Overall, we had a great stay and can highly recommend Fine & Shine.

Lovely hosts and a super cosy place

Great hospitality and amazing location! Super clean and very pleasant environment. We were travelling with a young dog for the first time and felt right at home. Easy to reach the centre of Pula but at the same time close to the seaside promenade and various beaches. We definitely recommend Fine&Shine and would stay there again.
