Relaxing stay with wonderful views in an authentic suburb

The heating was often cool and the base temperature was too low - the host made a minor adjustment but we feel the wall thermometer is inaccurate

The view is lovely. We won't stay here again.

Once I had got over the fact that there was no private parking and there was an ugly roof between the apartment and the sea, then I relaxed and enjoyed the view. The view is lovely - sparkling blue sea below a brilliant blue sky. The apartment is set up so that there's one big room with lots of french doors leading out to the balcony all with that view - this is lovely. So if you're eating at the table or sitting on the sofa then you see that view. Wifi was good. Coffee machine. Ospedaletti was lovely - small and friendly with good cafes and restaurants. Beach and restaurants in walking distance. Museum of the Laura antique collectors 3 minutes away by foot. Nice but tiny lift.

The listing said there was private parking but there wasn't - when I asked about it I was told it was a 10 minute walk up hill to get back to the apartment. Finding a parking spot outside was difficult - but when we managed it we then didn't go out in the car for fear of not getting a spot on our return. The view has an ugly roof between the apartment and the sea - I'll upload a photo as I think it's good to know. I got used to it and the view is really special. The electricity went off one day - we were told that it was because we had the washing machine and air con on at the same time! It took about an hour for the hosts to resolve it! I found the hosts quite rude. It's a 10 minute walk downhill (steep) to the beach - but again that's fine if you're fit.

La vue

Contrairement à l'annonce : pas d'accueil physique, pas de parking mais un stationnement dans la rue. Appartement très très bruyant car situé entre 2 rues très passantes, volets très durs, porte fenêtres qui ne ferment pas, ustensiles de cuisine très abîmés, transats très usés voire déchirés (risque de chute), mobilier vétuste, fortes odeurs d'égout dans toutes les pièces d'eau. Dommage que cet appartement ne soit pas mieux entretenu car il a un beau potentiel. C'est un manque de respect envers les clients que de louer un appartement dans cet état.

Az ingatlan tágas, gyönyörű panorámával a tengerre. Bőven elfértünk benne 4-en és a két fürdőszoba is nagy könnyebbséget okozott. Gyerekekkel utaztunk így a mosógép és mosogatógép ia hasznosnak bizonyult...

A konyha felszereltsége nagyon gyenge volt, 4 személyre alig találtunk elég evőeszközt. 1 db éles kés nem volt, egyetlen normális állapotú serpenyő sem. A hangszigetelés 0, az utcai beszélgetést érteni lehetett a 2. emeletről... A felszerelése az ingatlannak régimódi. Ez van akinek tetszik, van akinek nem. De, az hogy sok minden már rossz, az nem antik, hanem cserére szoruló... Parkolni nehéz a környéken.
