La atención al cliente, la comida, los shows, los toboganes del hotel, el todo incluido que tenía cerveza Guiness. Estaba justo a lado de unos bazares
La playa no quedaba en frente del hotel, pero tenían un carrito de golf que te llevaba a su club de playa y ahí también esta el todo incluido.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the entertainment team did an excellent job. The food variety was great, with different options each day, making it easy to find something you love.
The room had a strong, unpleasant smell whenever we opened the balcony—possibly coming from outside, including a foul toilet odor. We also experienced three days without electricity. The elevator service was slow and insufficient for the number of guests. Additionally, the bathroom lacked basic amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste.
