Courteous staff who accommodated our request for a ground-floor room as elders were traveling. Like many buildings in Amritsar, there’s no elevator. Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh are a 5-min walk, with autos easily available outside. Decent-sized AC room and comfortable stay overall.

There was some noise from dogs barking, street traffic, and conversations at the reception, which could be heard in the room. The approach roads are quite narrow, so it’s better to plan pickup and drop timings in advance as vehicles can block traffic easily.

Honestly, the best part about my trip was how perfectly located my hotel was. Everything - Jallianwala Bagh, Hall Bazar, the Partition Museum, and even the Golden Temple - was literally a 5-minute walk. Super convenient! The road outside the hotel never sleeps… always lively, shops open till late in the market, people are around, and you get every kind of transport right there itself. Overall, the location of the hotel is good. The staff is super sweet and helpful. 100 on 100 for the staff. and 100 on 100 for the location.

I stayed for 3 days and the Wi-Fi literally never worked neither 2nd floor nor 3rd floor. It was super frustrating because my work got hampered big time. I had to use the hotspot of my family member but that too was very low signal. For a hotel in such a prime spot, basic things like working internet should not be an issue. Wifi needs rework. Also, the kettle and glasses were quite dirty when I checked in. I actually had to call someone to wash and replace them -something that should’ve already been taken care of before the room was handed over. And honestly, the room size felt small. The staff was sweet.
