Pros:
-lots of beds
-Comfortable
-Foosball table was a nice touch
-Great location for where we needed to go
-good communication from owner
-easy check in
Cons;
-Both top bunks were broken
-No tvs in the bedrooms
-No batteries in 2 of the 3 tv remotes
-There was 3 used bars of soap in the shower
-If you didnt wear shoes, the floor turned your feet black
-The fridge was filthy and the ice maker didn't work
-We found a roach in the kitchen the day we were leaving
-They have a lock on the thermostat so when we arrived the heat was on and when it got to be almost 80 degrees in the house we had to contact the owner to turn on the A/C and wait for them to do it.
