El metro en la misma puerta del apartamento y la ducha. Con un supermercado DIA muy cerca.
Un poco de calor en ocasiones sólo con el ventilador de techo. Complicado aparcar en la calle aunque hay un parking de pago al final de la misma.

Beds were very comfortable (including the sofa bed and the pillows). The apartment is clean and while is small the space is well used and it felt spacious.
It would be appreciated if the host will leave a few coffee pods to have some coffee the first morning as well as some paper towels in the kitchen.
I found very dangerous (I would even question if it is legal) the fact that the remote lock can lock the door from the inside. My kid and I were locked in all night. Even if we did not noticed it until the morning and once we did the owner responded quick and open it, ¿what if there was a fire in the middle of the night? The door would have been locked and the windows have bars…
I find that very very dangerous.

Tenía todo lo necesario menaje de cocina súper equipado y todo perfecto
El baño tenía mucho olor feo, como si estuvieran los desagües de los inodoros pegados. Entiendo que no es cosa de los dueños. Pero aún así repetiría si vuelvo.

Es un local convertido en loft. Ubicación excelente si necesitas estar cerca de La Paz/Ramón y Cajal. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos pocos días, bien equipado.
La limpieza deja que desear. El ventilador tiene polvo y pelusas de años de antigüedad. Tuvimos que barrer y fregar el suelo al llegar de lo sucio que estaba. Ídem con la alfombra. Por la noche mucha luz pues la cortina de la puerta ni cubre los cristales al ser pequeña.
