The location of the property is really good. Most of the things that we needed was within a 2km radius of the property.
The property had many stairs that we had to take our luggage across, which wasn't a very pleasant experience especially after a very long flight. Also the smell in the room was quite putrid and smelled more like cat urine. This was reported back and the very next day the room was clean and the smell was gone.

Location is close to San Babila metro station and walking distance to via Montenapoleone.
The apartment is on the ground floor and you cannot open the windows for lights and fresh air, not really good if you need to stay home, but for visiting Milan is perfect

Good location and well presented
We couldn’t access the key safe on arrival! It was broken and needed to be fixed. Also the front door handle had come off and needed to be replaced. Tommaso came in 20 mins to let us in but it was not a great start. Also no oven gloves and no washing up brush or cloth so even a ready meal not easy.
