Excellent location in the heart of Milan. Very easy check in process. Neat, clean and comfortable.

Location, instructions about access to the property and the washing machine and clothes rack.

The window shutter closest to the kitchen was broken. The toilet seat was loose.

The location is great with a metro station San Babila a short walk away. Shops and restaurants line up the streets where the accommodation is located. There is a good Chinese restaurant opposite to the accommodation with reasonable price. Carrefour Express supermarket is within a few minutes walk. The communication with guests is good through Whatsapp. The accommodation is well equipped for cooking and laundry.

There is no tea or coffee provided. No luggage storage facilities on the site as advertised in the Booking.com. The host did provide us a free luggage place but it is quite a distance away from the accommodation. Our flight from Singapore arrived early in the morning and I raised this with the host well in advance. But there are plenty of fee paying luggage storage places near the station like Codorna.

The location was great, very close to the city center. The building is old and beautiful. The host was very kind and responsive, offered us flexible late checkout when we asked.

The place is simply too small for five people. Three of us slept on an extendable sofa and an extra bed, which were very uncomfortable. There was a huge problem with mosquitoes that we were not warned about so we were not prepared at all. There were no mosquito nets and it was very hot, so when keeping the windows open many mosquitoes flew in. They bit us every night, it was especially bad for the kids. Apparently in Milano people are expected to deal with this by using repellents inside, but we learned this the hard way and were only able to somewhat manage the problem during the last night. On top of that, the A/C and the fridge in the living room, where two of us slept, were very noisy. So overall we did not have one normal night of sleep because of the heat, the noise, the mosquitoes, and the uncomfortable beds.
