The location was only 10 minutes walk to the centre. The high ceilings and large windows and pretty well-equipped kitchen.
I loved sitting at the dining table and looking out of the 1st floor window at the little park.
It was safe and parking was easy.
The place needs a good deep clean. Please clean the fridge, oven hood, skirting boards, carpets behind the bed, bedroom window sill and bathroom.
The cleaner could do a better job.
Please also provide hand-wash in the bathroom (the container was empty), tea towel or oven gloves for taking things out of a hot oven, a bigger bin in the kitchen and a small bin and toilet brush in the bathroom.
There were no recycling facilities.
I would also recommend an eye mask and ear plugs for the road noise.

Modern open plan, excellent location.
Overpowering damp/mould smell in the bathroom. The bed is comfortable but very creaky/noisy. Heating would be better set to manual that guests could then activate with a simple on/off as it’s difficult to trigger as is.
