A superb little apartment for comfortable stay in Harrogate.

Everything was clean, comfortable and of excellent quality. The host was super helpful when we had a bit of difficulty accessing the wifi. The kitchen is small but well equipped for a short stay. The layout works really well and the bathroom is a good size considering the size of the apartment. There was a generosity is the supplies - more than enough towels, lovely warm bedding and plenty of it, enough toilet paper and some lovely biscuits and other basics in the kitchen.

The wifi was a bit tricky for us to access and this is an important facility for our disabled daughter. We got onto it eventually with help from the host.

Amazing find! Clean, comfortable and cosy, with everything we needed for a lovely weekend. Bonus arrival treats were a nice touch too!

When is an apartment really an annexe?

The bed was quite soft, and I thought we'd both suffer however it was actually very comfortable. Although we weren't able to use the biscuits left for us due to a gluten allergy, we really appreciated the thought.

The access is via a rear gate that was quite stiff and there was no defined path to the doors even though they were only a few steps away over some stones and a muddy/grassy small garden. There was no oven which we had neglected to notice in the description and we were just about to buy a couple of meals when we realised we hadn't seen an oven and ended up buying microwaveable meals instead. Perhaps an air fryer would be a good idea as they become more popular. Although "free" the wifi was a little hit and miss at times but it did manage to stream a film so not all bad. The hot water took a long while to come through hot which seems like a waste of water, the shower once hot was lovely though, the central heating is controlled within the house and there were no separate controls in this annexe however an electric heater had been placed in the lounge which was appreciated.

Superb

Great value, lovely cosy retreat for these cold winter months! Ideally sized for 2-3 people. Great base for Harrogate and travelling around Yorkshire more generally. Equipped with all the essentials you need for a short break. Sky TV was a nice surprise! I've already booked my next stay :)

The apartment was as described, compact, comfortable & clean. Excellent location for us re parking, access to Harrogate centre easy 20 minute walk & quiet. The owners were very friendly & helpful. The experience was perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely base for our trip- thank you

Beautifully and thoughtfully put together accommodation, pictures of the inside of the property don’t do it justice. The property has everything you need for a base for your stay. Host was really friendly and helpful. Bedding was lovely quality. Beautifully decorated. Had all the basics you could require when staying away from home. Fantastic central location and affordable accommodation- perfect as our base for visiting various people in the local areas. Parking was excellent Really enjoyed our stay

Nothing I didn’t like at all. Only a couple of small suggestions to make the property perfect. -Extra patio step or similar by gate so you don’t get muddy shoes going in/out the property. -some little UHT milk pots as easily sourced and long life for late arrivals who haven’t had chance to pick up milk. (Hot drink selection was brilliant thanks!) - A couple more hangers in the bedroom would be really helpful.

This is a very nice place with wonderful hosts and the location is also superb, with easily accessible walks to green spaces and interesting parts of the area.

Heating is connected to hosts portion of the building, but one can just communicate and chat about heat requirements if necessary.

Would definitely go back Lovelly place and people

Owners could not do enough so helpful communication was amazing left us a card and a bottle for arrival helped us with any problems which had only putting the heating on for us but nothing was to much for them

Nice apartment with a reasonable amount of space

We were the first guests at the property. The apartment was what we wanted two comfortable beds, a good shower, and a pint of milk in the fridge. It is a quiet residential area about a mile and a half from Harrogate, which was a nice walk. I wish our hosts all the best in this venture.
