Location very good. Kitchen well-stocked with essentials - someone had thought through necessities like cling film, food bag clips. Nicety presented. Comfortable beds.
Main bedroom poorly furnished. I had to bring a chair from dining area and a side table - otherwise nowhere to put bags or suitcase or overnight clothing/dressing gown. Just the floor. Street parking difficult over bank holiday. Balcony rather dispiriting - tiny and shabby. Someone should flag up to visitors that there is no petrol in Southwold….

Excellent location, well equipped, super clean with comfy beds and easy parking. Lovely sunny lounge/diner which caught the sun both morning and evening due to multiple window aspects.
The single bed was quite firm so my friend who slept in that room found the bed too hard for her.
