I've rated this studio a '10' because it pretty much delivers on everything it promises. It's a large, clean, quiet, well-equipped accomodation. Great location relative to the market and to water taxis. Good value for the money! And Mimi, the host, is a pleasure to meet and was responsive to a couple of things we needed.
And while I've rated it a 10, note that this isn't deluxe accomodation. It was a massage studio prior to covid and still bears some of the trappings of such - a small reception-type desk, the room layout, the washroom stalls. But honestly, it all works. We'd be happy to stay here again on our next trip to Bangkok.
