We booked this apartment for a weekend trip to Disney land Paris and it is a good value for the location. It’s 20 minutes by car to the park and 45 by public transportation.
It’s hard to find when using Google Maps or Apple Maps but other than that I have no complaints.

L’appartement était très propre agence avec goût. Avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer une nuit voire plus. Pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants c’est l’idéal
L’extérieur mérite un petit entretien mais nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit donc n’avions pas besoin de nous y poser

Problemlose Abwicklung. Auch der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage hätte funktioniert, aber: Höhe maximal ca. 2,00 m, eher niedriger! Der Garten ist ungepflegt aber mit Hunden geschickt, da das Umfeld nicht zu Spaziergängen einlädt.
Die Lage ist extrem gewöhnungsbedürftig. 100m entfernt scheint eine Art klassisches Banlieu zu sein, inklusive Brandspuren auf der Straße. Die Wohnung war mal toll, das ist aber schon eine Weile her. Die Armaturen sind total verkalkt, ein Stecker im Bad lebensgefährlich mit Tesa repariert. Alles ist nicht wirklich unsauber aber ungepflegt. Die Betten sind durchgelegen und die Terrassenplatten lose mit Sturzgefahr.
