Very tidy and well presented and very welcoming

There wasn’t any aspect of this property which I didn’t like it was all lovely

It was a lovely clean cosy house, nice quiet area.

No wardrobe No washing lines Twin mattress’s were a little uncomfortable

Cosmetically it was lovely, location was decent easy to get to. Parking is outside the front door.

Place wasn’t clean. Still rubbish from previous guest, dishes and cutlery was filthy, single beds were cheap and nasty. 2 of our party had to book a Premier Inn due to the beds being too soft, they were like cheap pillows and could feel the springs through the duvet they used as mattress protectors, bathroom feels and sound like it’s about to cave in. Fridge freezer wasn’t even turned on and the boiler was switched off. Back garden needs maintained it’s just weeds everywhere, no bins for rubbish to go into. Not suitable for anyone who is mobility impaired as stairs are very narrow and quite steep. Dishwasher had dirty cutlery in it. Place needs a good scrub. Cupboards had out of date jars and condiments in them. Take your own tea coffee etc as the containers there had out of date stuff in them. As said cosmetically it was nice but sofa and chairs are not made for sitting and watching tv on. And please fix the silicone on the shower that looks like a 2 year old done it. Front bedroom is tiny. Literally half a foot from the wall with a full length floor standing mirror in the way.
