WiseHouse Milan - Luxury Apartment near Fiera MiCo & CityLife

Posizione, spazi, facilità di ingresso

Il bagno non era stato pulito bene. C'erano diversi capelli (ho mandato 4 foto all'host) in giro. In generale comunque non c'era niente di male, dava solo la sensazione di non esser stato pulito a fondo

First of all, I would like to praise the host, who was truly available for anything we needed. The apartment is excellent and very clean, which further enhances the overall experience of Milan. The neighborhood where the apartment is located is quiet and safe, making it easy to return to the apartment even later in the evening. Highly recommended!!

Nice apartment. In nice area.

A bit complicated getting into apartment but host helpful on WhatsApp. Host didn't save our details as a contact in WhatsApp ( their preferred approach) so WhatsApp kept getting blocked at our end and we had to message host via Booking.com to reply as each time we went on WhatsApp it said there was suspicious activity and the person you are communicating hasn't saved you as a contact. It happened 8-9 times and we had to wait 12 hours for it to be unblocked and it would happen again. They should do this temp as we did if they want to use this system rather than Booking.com messaging as it caused us a lot of issues before we got there as we couldn't use WhatsApp. There was no microwave oven.

The apartment is in the City Life area. The metro, tram, and bus stops are nearby., so easy access to downtown Milan. Across the street is a well-stocked grocery store that has everything you need including prepared foods

The apartment itself was spacious and the neighborhood was convenient, but unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing due to several issues. The air conditioning was not working, and the apartment was extremely hot. We had no choice but to leave the windows open, but because the apartment is on a busy street, the constant traffic noise made it very difficult to sleep. The apartment also needs a thorough deep cleaning. The biggest concern for me, however, was the condition and smell of the bedding and towels. The duvet cover and sheets had an unpleasant odor, while the towels smelled strongly musty, as if they had been left damp for too long. I unfortunately only noticed the smell of the towel after I had already used it to dry myself after a shower. It was unpleasant enough that I chose not to shower the following day. I also didn’t like the fact that they have dark-colored bedding and blue towels, as it makes it difficult to see stains or properly judge how clean they are.
